• Driver ID

• Duress Button (IOX-Alert)

• Analogue and Digital Input Harness

Non-Powered equipment – Pick the right device!

Just because you don’t have power doesn’t mean you can’t track your equipment. Having battery powered devices gives you mobility, but you’ll need to consider battery replacements (difficult to manage) or ensure your device has a long-lasting battery (up to 10yr with the GT0).

Cellular Vs Satellite??

You’ll also want to think about satellite versus cellular. Cellular may seem cheaper, but these devices typically draw more power from your battery. So the costs add up when your equipment is in the field and your battery runs out. Satellite trackers are great for remote areas, but not ideal in the city, but they do generally have a lot longer battery life.

Make sure you check the environment and placement of your trackers. It’s easy to forget device placement is critical in the ability for your device to get an accurate location and to ensure your device connects 1st time with no retry. This ensures your battery life meets your expectations.
